MODEL DETAILS: This is Repapstudios' 4th commercial release paper model - The MH53E "Sea Dragon" heavy lift helicopter. The kit contains 17 letter size pages consisting of a cover page, 2 pages of papercraft data, 6 pages of colored assembly instructions, and 8 sheets of model parts. This paper model is in 1/48th scale. Upon completion, this model is pretty big with a fuselage length of about 45cm of and main rotor diameter of 55cm. Rotors can be customized to rotate and the landing gear can either be fixed in closed or open positions, but can be also customized to become retractable. This model's color scheme is a depiction of a Vanguard MH-53E Mine Countermeasure ( MCM) Squadron 14 (HM-14) unit.
